My therapeutic approach is primarily cognitive-based (CBT), helping clients identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns while building practical coping skills. I also utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support healing from trauma and distressing life experiences. I strive to create a supportive, respectful, and collaborative environment where you will feel empowered to work toward meaningful and lasting change.
I offer individual sessions for those over the age of 16. Sessions can be done both in-person or virtual, depending on the person's preference. My main office is located in Northfield, MN. Currently I am able to provide daytime appointments, with some evening and weekend times available.
I also work with the First Responder community including fire, law enforcement, corrections, and emergency services.
